Fluidlabs terms of use

These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and the Fluidlabs website located at https://fluidlabs.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Fluidlabs OÜ ("Fluidlabs", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering a binding legal agreement with us and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy.

Fluidlabs is an enterprise Docusign IAM implementation and extension app development partner. We specialize in Workflow Builder automation, Agreement Manager intelligence, enterprise system integration, AI agent integration, and custom App Center extension app development. Your conduct and obligations

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLUIDLABS SHALL IN NO CASE BE HELD LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
