Fluidlabs was founded in 2016 as an enterprise software engineering firm. Over the years, we worked across industries - finance, construction, insurance - building the systems that run critical business operations.
2025-Now: Docusign IAM Specialists
In 2025, we made the strategic decision to go all-in on Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management.
The reasoning was straightforward
Enterprises adopting IAM need more than a generic systems integrator. They need a partner that understands the platform deeply - Workflow Builder, Agreement Manager, the APIs, the extension framework - and can build real solutions on top of it. That's what we do now, exclusively.
Three areas of focus,
one platform
We build extension apps that connect Docusign IAM to the tools enterprises already use - Smartsheet, Procore, Xero, Zoho, and others. These aren't generic API wrappers. Each extension is built to the Docusign extension framework specification, handling real data flows between agreement workflows and operational systems. We build these directly for Docusign as well as for enterprise clients.How we work with Docusign
Fluidlabs is part of the Docusign partner network. We build extension apps directly for Docusign - meaning Docusign is both our platform and our client. We work closely with their partner and technology teams to stay aligned on platform direction, identify where we can add the most value, and ensure that what we build meets the standard their enterprise customers expect.
Our focus within the partnership is Workflow Builder and Agreement Manager integration - helping enterprises get these newer IAM capabilities deployed and connected to their existing operations. We're also early adopters of Docusign's MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, building the infrastructure that lets AI agents interact with agreement data programmatically.
Extension App Development
We develop extension apps for the Docusign platform, working directly with Docusign's teams on specification, development, and deployment.
EMEA & North America
Based in the EU with coverage across EMEA and North America, we support Docusign's enterprise customers in these regions with specialist IAM implementation and integration services.
