Workflow library

Workflows you can import into Docusign Workflow Builder

Each workflow comes with its document template, a field map and setup notes. We build and test every one on our own apps for Docusign IAM, with sample records, before it goes in the library.

Questions

What do I need before I import a workflow?

A Docusign IAM plan with Workflow Builder, the Fluidlabs app for your system installed and connected, and permission to create eSignature templates. Each workflow page lists what it needs.

How do I import a workflow?

In Docusign, go to Agreements, Workflows, Create Workflow, then Import Workflow, and pick the .zip. Docusign asks for your app connection and opens the workflow, so you can review each step and publish it.

Did Docusign Workflow Builder have another name?

Yes. Docusign Workflow Builder was previously called Maestro.

Can you build a workflow for our process?

Yes. We adapt library workflows to your stages, approvals and documents, and build private apps when a system has no app yet. Ask for a workflow below and tell us the moment you want to automate.

Not seeing your system or document?

Tell us the moment you want to automate, such as "the supplier signs and the PO updates". We add the most requested ones to the library.
