What “from” means.
The floor is a lean, stateless app in one region. A stateful app, a database, multiple apps, or a heavier third-party review is scoped above it — before you sign, in writing.
How the data is handled.
Enterprise deployments are built stateless where the workload allows: requests pass through, results return, nothing personal is stored. Logs are configured to exclude personal data and stay in-region. Dual-region deployments route each request to the environment matching its origin and never replicate personal data across the boundary.
