Zoho CRM
Extension appBy Fluidlabs
Trigger agreement workflows from deals and contacts, and sync signed status back to the record.
View on the App Center ↗Zoho CRM for Docusign IAM
A Zoho CRM Docusign integration that runs inside Workflow Builder: read contact and deal data to pre-fill Docusign envelopes, write signed data back to the record, and attach the completed document automatically. Nothing is re-typed between your CRM and your agreements.
Three ways to connect Zoho CRM and Docusign
The routes buyers find start in different places, and that is the real difference. Here is when each fits.
Zoho's Marketplace extension
Built by Zoho and installed inside Zoho CRM: you open a record and send a Docusign envelope from there. It fits teams that only need to send envelopes from CRM records.
Zapier or Make
Middleware that passes data between the two products through automations running outside both. Quick to prototype, but the connection lives in a separate platform your team maintains.
Zoho CRM for Docusign IAM (this app)
Runs inside Docusign Workflow Builder: the agreement workflow reads Zoho CRM data, writes signed data back, and files the completed document, with routing and conditional logic managed in Docusign. Choose it when your agreement process runs on Docusign IAM.
What it adds inside Workflow Builder
Once installed, the app's actions appear as native workflow steps. No code, no middleware, no separate sync jobs.
Read from Zoho CRM
Pull data from a Contact, Account, Lead, Deal, or Vendor record mid-workflow. You pick the fields (name, email, phone, account, any of them), a matching rule finds the record, and every value becomes a workflow variable ready to pre-fill an agreement.
Writeback to Zoho CRM
Send what the signer entered back to the CRM after completion. Choose Update or Create and the step finds the matching record and updates it, or creates a new one if nothing matches. A per-field overwrite checkbox decides whether existing values are replaced or only blank fields are filled in.
File Upload to Zoho CRM
Attach the completed envelope to the right record automatically. Point the step at the record ID from the Read step and every workflow run files the signed document under that Contact, Deal, or Account. It appears in the record's Attachments section with Docusign listed as the source.
Shared or private connections
Connect your Zoho CRM organization once and choose who can use it: shared with the whole team, or private to you. Rename, reconnect, or reload the module and field list at any time without reinstalling the app, and add further Zoho organizations as extra connections.
Live in an afternoon
To connect Zoho CRM to Docusign, install the app from the App Center like any Docusign extension, authorize your Zoho CRM account, and add the steps to a workflow. Full setup, configuration and known behaviors are covered in the documentation.

What sales teams run on it
Contracts pre-filled from the deal record
A Zoho Docusign workflow that fires when a deal moves to closed-won: an API call carrying the record ID triggers the contract workflow, and the Read step pulls the deal and contact fields into the envelope, so nobody re-types the account name, the closing date, or the signer's email.
Signer input written back to the CRM
Details the signer fills in on the form flow into Zoho CRM once the agreement completes. The Writeback step updates the matching Contact or Lead, or creates one if it does not exist, and per-field overwrite settings protect the values you want kept.
Signed agreements stored on the record
The completed document lands in the Attachments section of the exact record involved in the run, filed by record ID so one universal workflow reaches the right client every time. Anyone opening the record in Zoho CRM sees the signed PDF with Docusign as the source.
